GRIFFINシリーズより、新たにサイドゴアブーツを制作いたしました。
サイドゴアとしてはやや高めの6.5インチハイトを採用することで、GRIFFINならではの美しいシルエットを最大限に引き立てています。
サイドゴア部分には、現存する中でも高い耐久性を誇る日本製のゴムパーツを使用し、長くご愛用いただけるよう設計しております。
USネイビーラストに独自の修正を加えた木型を採用し、ダイレクトウエルト製法 (中底に掘った溝からダイレクト にウエルト、アッパーを縫い通し、ウエルトにソールを縫い付ける製法) で、スマートにそしてROLLING DUB TRIOらしく仕上げました。
職人の手仕事によって生み出される立体的な曲線美は、THE BOOTS FACTORYならではの技術が凝縮されたものです。
優雅で洗練された佇まいをお楽しみいただけます。
こちらのレザーは、日本国内で仕上げられた上質なボックスカーフです。
きめ細やかな表情としっかりとしたコシを併せ持ち、上品で美しい質感が魅力の一足に仕上がっています。
※芯通しレザーとなりますので、茶芯は出ません。
A new side gore boot has been introduced as part of the GRIFFIN series.
Featuring a slightly higher 6.5-inch height for a side gore design, it enhances the distinctive and elegant silhouette that defines GRIFFIN.
The elastic panels are made from highly durable Japanese-made rubber, ensuring long-lasting wear. The boot is built on a modified US Navy last, refined with our own adjustments, and constructed using a direct welt method—where the welt and upper are stitched directly through a channel in the insole, and the sole is then attached to the welt. This results in a sleek finish while maintaining the signature character of ROLLING DUB TRIO.
The three-dimensional curves, shaped by skilled craftsmen, reflect the advanced techniques unique to THE BOOTS FACTORY, offering a refined and elegant presence.
The leather used is a high-quality box calf finished in Japan. It features a fine, smooth grain with a firm structure, creating a sophisticated and beautifully refined texture.
As this is a fully dyed leather, it will not develop a tea-core patina.

The sole of THE BOOTS FACTORY CORK RUBBER SOLE is slightly thinner and has a better warp.
The manufacturing method is direct welt with an improved US Navy last.
The waist is narrowed to improve the fitting.
