ROLLING DUB TRIOのBN品番 ” GRIFFIN”。

ROOTSシリーズの対となる新たなモデル。
自社工場THE BOOTS FACTORYを代表する 日本製・ハンドメイドにこだわり抜いたクラフトマンシップ 溢れる名作です。

マンソンラストを改良し、ナローでクラシカルな木型を製作しました。
ウエストをグッと絞り、踏まず部分は丸コバ仕様。

製法はダイレクトウェルト製法を用いました。
グッドイヤー製法に必要なリブを使わず、
革中底にダイレクトに機械縫いさせたDirect Welt製法で、
フレキシブル、そして足馴染みの良い仕上がりです。
リブ、コルクを排除することに生まれる軽さ、反り返りの良さをご体感ください。

使用している革はHORSEBUTT LEATHER #1010。
イタリア産ホースバットを日本で仕上げた 特別な逸品。
馬の臀部ですがコードバンよりも強く、コシや厚みがあり磨くとツヤが出るのも特徴です。

A new model designed as a counterpart to the ROOTS series.
A signature piece from our in-house factory, THE BOOTS FACTORY, showcasing exceptional Japanese handmade craftsmanship.

Built on a refined Munson last, reworked into a narrower, more classical shape, with a tightly tapered waist and a rounded edge finish at the arch.

Constructed using our Direct Welt method—stitching directly into the leather midsole without a rib—resulting in a lighter, more flexible boot with excellent comfort and break-in.
This construction offers improved flexibility and natural movement with every step.

The leather used is HORSEBUTT LEATHER #1010, a special Italian horsebutt finished in Japan.
Taken from the horse’s hindquarters, it is tougher than cordovan, with firm structure and thickness, and develops a rich sheen with wear.
