ROLLING DUB TRIOのBN品番 ” GRIFFIN”。

ROOTSシリーズの対となる新たなモデル。
自社工場THE BOOTS FACTORYを代表する 日本製・ハンドメイドにこだわり抜いたクラフトマンシップ 溢れる名作です。

マンソンラストを改良し、ナローでクラシカルな木型を製作しました。
ウエストをグッと絞り、踏まず部分は丸コバ仕様。

製法はダイレクトグッドイヤー製法を用いました。

GOOD YEAR製法に必要なリブを使わず、
革中底にダイレクトに機械縫いさせたDirect Good year製法で、
フレキシブル、そして足馴染みの良い仕上がりです。
リブ、コルクを排除することに生まれる軽さ、反り返りの良さを体感ください。

使用している革はHORSEBUTT LEATHER #1010。
イタリア産ホースバットを日本で仕上げた 特別な逸品。
馬の臀部ですがコードバンよりも強く、コシや厚みがあり磨くとツヤが出るのも特徴です。

This is a new series that is the counterpart of the ROOTS series.
It is a masterpiece overflowing with craftsmanship, made in Japan and handmade, representing our own factory, THE BOOTS FACTORY.
The US Navy last was improved to produce a narrow and classical wooden pattern.
Waist is narrowed and the tread is rounded.
Direct Goodyear manufacturing method was used.
Ribs required for the Goodyear method are not used.
Direct Goodyear manufacturing method, which does not use the ribbing required for GOOD YEAR manufacturing method, allows for flexibility and a comfortable fit.
Result is a flexible and comfortable footwear.
Elimination of ribs and cork allows the shoes to be lighter and more flexible.
Leather used is HORSEBUTT LEATHER #1010.
This is a special gem, made in Japan from Italian horse butt.
It is stronger than cordovan, and has a firmness, thickness, and luster when polished.
