ENGINEER BOOTS
Currently, there are two types of "ENGINEER BOOTS" released by ROLLING DUB TRIO.
Both A special HORSE BUTT LEATHER made from Italian horsehide tanned and finished in Japan.
It is a leather that has a firm thickness but is comfortable to wear , and has a dense fiber structure that carves beautiful wrinkles . This is a so-called tea core specification that allows you to enjoy the color of the ground without dyeing the core.
The bottom part is THE BOOTS FACTORY CORK RUBBER SOLE, which is extremely durable and has excellent grip.
Even if you wear it for many years, I don't think you will be able to wear it all the way.
It is designed to be worn firmly and toughly.

Rolling dub trio currently releases two types of "ENGINEER BOOTS".
Both are made of special Hosebutt leather tanned from Italian horse hides and finished in Japan.The leather has a firm thickness, yet it is easy to get used to, and has a dense fiber structure that creates beautiful wrinkles. The core of the leather is not dyed, so that you can enjoy the color of the leather.
The bottom part is made of The boots factory cork rubber sole, which is very durable and has excellent grip.Even if you wear them for many years, it is not easy to wear them all the way up to the sole.The specifications allow you to wear them tough and solid.There are differences in the manufacturing method, wooden pattern, and the finish of the sole, so please take a look at them here.

These BOOTS are made using a stitch-down manufacturing method, and each pair is handmade at our own factory, "THE BOOTS FACTORY TOKYO."
Based on the footprints of 2,000 people , we have uniquely improved the Manson last, which was developed in 1912 to create shoes that are easy to wear for everyone , and we use a modified last that is easier to wear for Asians.
This last (wooden shape) provides width around the toes to eliminate the feeling of pressure while firmly holding the instep, making it ideal for engineer boots that are difficult to adjust to fit .
The manufacturing method is stitch down, which is highly durable and waterproof.
The edges have a large overhang and the seams are finished with double stitches.
It has a rugged silhouette with a rounded wooden shape, stitched down construction, and a toe cap.
These boots are handmade one by one at our own factory "the boots factory Tokyo" using the stitch-down method.
The Manson last, which was developed in 1912 to create shoes that are easy to wear for everyone based on the foot shapes of 2,000 people, has been independently improved and modified to be easy to wear for Asian people.
This last (wooden pattern), which is wider around the toes and holds the instep firmly in place while eliminating pressure, is also ideal for engineer boots, which are difficult to adjust for fit.
The manufacturing method is stitch-down, which is durable and waterproof.
The overhang on the heel is large, and the stitching is double-stitched.
The wooden shape, stitch-down method, and the tip of the toe are all used to give the boots a rugged silhouette.

The GRIFFIN series is newly added to the ROLLING DUB TRIO lineup.
These are models with a narrow and classic silhouette that are a companion to the ROOTS series.
This is a masterpiece full of craftsmanship that is made in Japan and handmade, representing our own factory THE BOOTS FACTORY.
This new last combines the uniquely modified Manson last used in the ROOTS series with US navy last in the toe area, creating a smart style while ensuring the comfort of the Manson last.
The manufacturing method is direct welt. It is similar to the Goodyear welt manufacturing method, but instead of attaching ribs to the midsole, the welt and upper are sewn directly through the grooves dug in the midsole. Since there are no ribs, the sole can be made thinner.
The GRIFFIN series is a pair of boots that take advantage of the sharp image created by this manufacturing method.
Also, the bottom is thinner and the heel is higher than the ROOTS series.
The toe cap is thin enough to remember its shape, and the arch part has a classy round edge.
The griffin series is a new addition rolling bub trio lineup.
The griffin series is a narrow, classic silhouette model that is the counterpart to the roots series.
These are masterpieces overflowing with craftsmanship, made in Japan and handmade with the utmost care, representing our own factory, the boots factory.
The new last is a combination of the Manson last with unique modifications used in the roots series and the US navy last.

The tip is thin enough to memorize the shape, and the foot tread is made with a rounded buckle for elegance.
