ROLLING DUB TRIO's GRIFFIN series.
These models have a narrow, classic silhouette that is a counterpart to the ROOTS series.
This masterpiece is representative of our own factory, THE BOOTS FACTORY, and is full of craftsmanship that is made in Japan and handmade with the utmost care.
Rope boots based on the classic GRIFFIN 8.5.
Instead of tightening the shoe with laces to get a snug fit, the shoe has an elastic cord that wraps around the shoe for a quick fit.
The cord is made of highly durable navy blue elastic cord, the same type used on yachts.

This season, the boot length has been extended to 9 inches, and a stabilizer has been installed on the bottom of the sole to act as a cord holder.
It is now possible to wear it more stylishly and with greater freedom of movement.
The leather used is tightly woven and vegetable tanned by Conceria 800 (Ottocento), a tannery in Tuscany, Italy. The grain is buffed and soaked in oil to give it a moist texture.
The more you wear them and brush them, the darker they will become.
Although it is a challenging design, I'm sure that people in their 40s who were around during that era will find it nostalgic.

Based on the GRIFFIN 8.5, this version replaces the traditional lacing system with a quick-fit method using a stretch cord wrapped around the boot, providing an instant and secure fit. The cord is made from highly durable navy blue elastic rope, the same type used for yacht rigging.
Includes a black cord as well.
For this season, the boot height has been extended to 9 inches, offering a more stylish look and greater versatility in wear.
The leather is sourced from Conceria 800 in Tuscany, Italy. It is vegetable-tanned and tightly compacted, with the grain surface buffed and infused with oil for a supple, refined texture.
Though bold in design, it will likely evoke a sense of nostalgia for those in their 40s who remember that era.
Please note: The leather has a grayish tone when new, but through repeated wear and brushing, the surface will gradually polish and deepen into a rich black color.
