Jodfur boots were created in the UK in the late 19th century as riding boots, and they exude elegance while still remaining functionally beautiful.
This design is made using a US Navy last with unique modifications, and is finished using a direct welt method (a groove carved into the midsole is sewn directly through the welt and upper, and the sole is then sewn to the welt), giving it a smart, ROLLING DUB TRIO look.
The strap on the buckle side has been shortened so that it can be fixed to the side of the shoe, making it a distinctive design that allows for quick fastening and unfastening of the buckle.
The leather used is our original Horsebutt #1010, which is thick yet comfortable, has a dense fiber structure, and beautiful wrinkles. It has a brown core that allows you to enjoy the aging process.
Design --- Jodhpur Boot, which was originally designed for horse back riding in the end of 19 th century in England, is a boot filled with functional beauty and class. We make this boot with our original last which was modeled after US Navy last and with Direct Welt construction (stitching upper and welt from thorough the channel on the bottom of insole, and then stitching sole and welt) that enables the boot to have sharp looking. The strap system is also original. The long rectangle buckle is held by short stay on the side that makes putting on and off easy and smooth.
Leathers --- Horsebutt leather used for this boot has dense fiber texture that makes beautiful break-in. It breaks-in well for its thickness. Black one is “teacore” that will make distinctive patina.
