A boot jack — a traditional tool designed to help remove boots with ease.

Simply place the heel of your boot into the jack, hold the body down with your other foot, and gently pull your foot free. It allows you to remove your boots smoothly without using your hands.

Simple and practical, boot jacks have long been used by those who regularly wear boots that can be difficult to take off, such as lace-up and engineer boots.

Developed together by ROLLING DUB TRIO and kamina&C, this boot jack respects the functionality of the traditional tool while bringing a new consideration to its form. It was designed to look beautiful not only while being used, but also simply resting in your space.

Two distinctive shapes are available: “PLAIN,” with a natural and understated form that reflects the honest character of a traditional tool, and “FLAME,” inspired by the embroidery found on ROLLING DUB TRIO’s iconic LORO ZIP.

PLAIN features a clean, uncomplicated silhouette with unnecessary decoration stripped away. While retaining the classic character of a traditional boot jack, it has been refined to sit naturally within everyday surroundings.

FLAME, on the other hand, expresses organic, flame-like lines through wood. By reinterpreting the distinctive design of the LORO ZIP through a completely different material and the techniques of woodworking, it becomes more than a functional tool — it carries the presence of a sculptural object. Whether placed by an entrance, beside a shoe rack, or within a shop display, its distinctive form naturally draws the eye.

Two finishes are available: “NATURAL,” which allows the original grain and character of the wood to remain visible, and “VINTAGE,” which offers a deeper, more aged appearance.

With continued use, both finishes will gradually develop richer tones and a natural luster. Much like a well-worn pair of boots, the wood will continue to change with time, developing a character unique to its owner.
