CASPER -Direct welt process

150 pairs of CASPER
We use various types of leather every day in our manufacturing.
We produced approximately 150 pairs of CASPER side-zip boots using the large amount of leftover leather that has been stored in our atelier for many years.
Although it is called leftover leather, we basically only use the best parts of the leather, and this time we are not using the regular Goodyear welt method, but rather the direct welt method made by THE BOOTS FACTORY.
Not only is it comfortable to wear, but if you look closely you'll also notice a difference in the look.
(This will probably be the last time we make shoes using the direct welt method.)
A wide variety of CASPERs that were used in that season at that time but are not included in the collection line.
I make them in my spare time and I can't keep them all in stock, so I'll be putting different colors out in the shop as they're finished. The leather type, color, and size are all different.

In our craftsmanship, we use a wide variety of leathers on a daily basis. This time, we've produced approximately 150 pairs of CASPER side-zip boots using surplus leather that has been stocked in our atelier over many years.Although it's technically surplus leather, we've carefully selected only the finest portions for this project.
Additionally, rather than our usual Goodyear welt construction, these boots have been made using THE BOOTS FACTORY's Direct Welt method. Not only is there a difference in how they feel on the foot, but upon closer inspection, you'll also notice a distinct difference in their overall appearance. (This very may well be the only time we produce CASPER using the Direct Welt method.)
These CASPERs are made from a variety of leathers, including materials that were once used in past seasons but never included in our main collection line. Since we've been crafting them during downtime, and due to limited display space in-store, we'll be gradually releasing them over time. Please note that the leather types, colors, and sizes all vary. (There are also colors available that aren't shown in the photos.)
As we head into the second half of Golden Week, the looks weather to be improving once today's heavy rain passes. We invite you to stop by and take a look when you're in the area.
